At Enzo Custom, fit is not a gamble. It is a responsibility we assume fully.

Every garment is commissioned to your measurements, posture, and preferences, then reviewed and refined in person. Fit decisions are made in the showroom, by your clothier—not by algorithm or automated judgment.

If adjustments are required, they are handled deliberately and correctly—without friction, defensiveness, or uncertainty. Our Perfect Fit Assurance exists to remove hesitation—not to replace judgment or lower standards.

When your garment arrives, your Enzo Clothier will schedule a fitting in the showroom to evaluate balance, proportion, and comfort. If any aspect of the fit requires refinement, we will address it.

Within 30 days of your delivery fitting:

  • All necessary alterations to achieve the intended fit are included
  • Adjustments are performed with the same standards applied during initial construction
  • The garment is evaluated holistically, not piecemeal

On rare occasions, a garment may require more than standard refinement.

If a commissioned piece cannot be brought to the correct fit through responsible tailoring, we will remake the garment.

After 30 days from your delivery fitting, further alterations are still available.

These adjustments are handled as ongoing wardrobe maintenance and are priced accordingly.

The Perfect Fit Assurance is:

  • A commitment to accountability
  • A safeguard against error
  • A reflection of confidence in our process

It is not:

  • A substitute for proper fittings
  • An open-ended alteration policy
  • A volume-driven return program

The Perfect Fit Assurance exists because we understand that commissioning requires confidence. You are entrusting us with significant time, resources, and personal preference. This assurance removes the risk from that commitment. It tells you that we believe in what we build, that we stand behind our work, and that your satisfaction is not contingent on hope—it is guaranteed by our process and our accountability.

Clients commission knowing that:

  • Fit will be resolved, not debated
  • Errors will be corrected, not excused
  • The garment will meet the standard under which it was commissioned

This is how a house stands behind its work.
